ABOUT ME

I am first and foremost Mom to Jack and Emma and partner with Jim. 

I am also an accomplished woman in her 50s who prioritized family life over professional life for the last 20 years. I'm now working on figuring out life with college-age kids.

I love to run, hike, walk and bike. I adore great books and try to read news from at least two different perspectives. I love a good TV series; I enjoy cooking and eating out and travel.

I also have newfound time -- and I want to use that time purposefully. I'd like to engage with others in some way to have real impact.

So I'm trying blogging, just to see how it feels to put myself out there.
